Can the AI issue refunds on its own?
No. Refunds, cancellations, and address changes never execute automatically. The AI drafts the action and drops it in your approval queue — you confirm with one click. Nothing touches a customer's money without you.
Is my customer data used to train AI models?
No. Conversations are never used to train models. Data is processed in the EU (Frankfurt + Stockholm), and conversations auto-delete after 30 days by default. OrderWise is GDPR-compliant by design, not as an add-on.
Do I need a developer to set it up?

What happens when the AI doesn't know the answer?
