Is there really a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan covers 50 conversations per month indefinitely — no credit card, no trial expiry. You only upgrade when you outgrow it.

Do you charge per resolution?

No. Unlike Gorgias and similar tools, OrderWise never charges a per-resolution or per-AI-reply fee. You pay a flat monthly price and keep your costs predictable.

What happens when my trial ends?

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. If you don't upgrade, you drop to the Free plan automatically — your data and settings stay intact.

Can I change plans later?

Anytime, in one click. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle. Billing is handled by Shopify, so it appears on your regular Shopify invoice.
