App Store submission — listing, screenshots, demo video script
OrderWise is submitted to the Shopify App Store. Listing copy, four hero screenshots, and the demo-video script are locked.
milestoneshopify
OrderWise is officially in the Shopify App Store review queue. This is the milestone we've been driving toward for the last six months, and the prep work shipped in this release.
What's in the submission
- Listing copy — hero tagline, three-pillar feature list, social proof block, FAQ section. All written to App Store guidelines (no superlatives, no "we're #1" claims, no comparisons to other Shopify apps).
- Four hero screenshots — landing, embedded admin dashboard, AI conversation example, billing/plan selector.
- 30-second demo video script — Senni voice-over, narrative arc: "Customer asks → AI resolves → merchant approves". Production scheduled for next week.
- Pricing pages — four tiers visible at the listing level: Free, Starter ($29), Growth ($79), Scale ($199).
Listing-readiness work
- GDPR-compliance copy expanded to cover the data-flow diagram for EU hosting.
- Privacy policy now lists every Shopify scope and every third-party processor in tabular form.
- Terms of service updated for the auto-execution rules feature (refund/cancel approval threshold).
- Impressum updated with the new HQ address in Nürnberg.
What's still manual
- Demo video shoot — needs Senni's voice-over and a clean dev store with realistic order data.
- Final Shopify partner-account screenshot for the listing avatar.
- Production deployment of the Shopify App Bridge
1.x → 4.xmigration — scheduled for next week, gated behind a feature flag.
Bug fixes
- Fixed off-by-one in the plan-selector when the merchant downgrades mid-cycle.
- Knowledge-base suggestion API no longer returns duplicate entries when the merchant has the same FAQ in multiple locales.
- Order-matcher correctly handles order numbers prefixed with
#and with leading zeros.
